Last night, at our Association Dinner, time was taken to award 5 of the 6 firefighters who were sent out on task force conflagrations to two enormous fires in Oregon and California. Capt. Andy Gray, Firefighter PJ Crescioni and Firefighter Levi Green (unavailable) were deployed to the Chetco Bar fire down in Brookings Oregon. Just back from the Santa Rosa, CA fire, Firefighters’ Kyle Orozco, Tony Miller and Blair Campbell were also recipients of the cherished Challenge Coin, only awarded to those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
