Suicide Loss and Support Group
A support group for family members and close friends who have lost a loved one to suicide. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician experienced in grief work.

All Brush Burning outside City of Florence city limits are PROHIBITED during fire season from June to approximately October 2023.

COVID-19 NOTICE
In order to keep the public and our first responders safe by reinforcing best health practices, the front doors to Siuslaw Valley Fire & Rescue and Western Lane Ambulance District are locked. The office at SVFR Station 1 will have staff available by phone or email Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm.
Burn permits will continue to be available online at www.svfr.org.
Please remember 911 is for emergencies. Contact your health care provider by phone first if you start to show flu-like symptoms. Only go to the doctor’s office, hospital or emergency room if advised to do so by a health care practitioner.
Lane County has opened a call center to answer community questions regarding the Novel Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. The call center can be reached by calling 541-682-1380.
We will continue to monitor coronavirus information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Oregon Health Authority.
