Toys for Tots at Siuslaw Valley Fire and Rescue at 2625 Highway 101 is scheduled for Saturday, the 4th of December from 11AM till 5PM.
We will do this event exactly like last year.
1st: You must Pre-register this year at Lane County Toys for Tots. Just click on the link and look for the: (copy and paste) “ eugene-or.toysfortots.org ” link to sign-up. It shows you what is needed and how to apply.
2nd: On the 4th, you must go to the Siuslaw Middle School and park in FCFS order in their north parking lot. We will have personnel there to direct you.
3rd: Staging Area…We will call a certain number of cars up to the west parking lot of our Main Fire Hall. We are a working fire station and must have clear roads. We will start calling up cars before 11AM. So, do not come to the station before told to do so. Early arrivers at the station will be sent back to Staging and may lose their place.
4th: Proof needed when picking up Toys.
a.) Gather up your required paperwork! Start now in case you are missing something. Below are the three things you need to prove. Please look at the Lane site to see some commonly used documents to help prove this information! **PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN LANE COUNTY**

b.) Show up with ALL of your documentation!
We get you in and served as quickly as possible. Please Park at the Middle School and wait to be called up.

Volunteer Info: Marines will be arriving between 0815 and 0845 on 4 Dec 2021. Possibly, we’ll have up to 20 Marines this year, as it’s a training day for them.

Acceptable Documents:
For Parents: Local Photo ID OR Photo ID with local mail (proving residency in Lane County)
For Children: any number of documents that together provide the minimum requirements •
Birth Certificate
Recent school report cards
IRS Tax Forms
Medical documents showing both the parent’s and child’s names
DHS paperwork if it includes a child’s age
Renter’s Agreement
Any other legal document that includes both the parents and child’s name(s) and date of birth(s)
